Hi! My name is Clare and I am a project manager with more than 10 years in the web development industry. I wasn't always this way though - from my very first viewing (of many) of Finding Nemo, I wanted to work for Pixar.
Yet here I am.
Negative results are just what I want. They're just as valuable to me as positive results. I can never find the thing that does the job best until I find the ones that don't.

This quote, by that most famous of geniuses, Thomas Edison, is the epitome of my journey into the dark depths of web development.
My abilities and knowledge have grown from the pursuit of finding the best and most applicable solution to a problem with infinite answers. I have applied this way of thinking to my work to date and have become proficient in areas such as current web standards, cross browser compatibility and CSS solutions to complicated web layouts.
My true passion is helping businesses and organisations to produce successful online systems, where I can combine my previous development experience with interests in user interface and user experience design and development and building long-term relationships with clients. Responsive web development is one of the most significant development practices in recent history (in my opinion) and I have enjoyed researching and incorporating the princples and best practices into my daily workflow. For me, every new project is an opportunity to examine human behaviours and develop websites that are optimised to ensure that the user is being delivered the best experience using the latest technologies and solutions.
